【Pyrolysis gasification 】
Pyrolysis gasification means the process of decomposing the substance chemically to *Flammable gas consisting of a hydrocarbon or carbon monoxide, *Tar or oil containing various organic compounds and *charcoal etc. by heating substance (500~1000 ℃)in a state without oxygen, or low oxygen environment.
At first the municipal refuse is charcoalized by pyrolysis at about 500 ℃, and using the pyrolysis gas generated in the process dissolves charcoalized charcoal at high temperature (about 500~800 ℃).
Although based also on the amount of refuse waste heat, external energy becomes unnecessary, in order to carry out the ashes dissolution and to slag-ize with self-heat.
Moreover, the concentration of dioxins becomes low in order to carry out perfect combustion of the excessive pyrolysis gas in a secondary combustion chamber, while making pyrolysis gas into the energy source for carrying out the ashes dissolution.
